How to return an order purchased through Debenhams?

If you purchased through Debenhams, please use our DBZ returns portal here:

As your payment was made to Debenhams, the refund will always be issued by Debenhams back to your account.

When will I be refunded? (For Love Sunshine Customers)

It usually takes 1-3 business days to process the return after receiving your package. If your item is eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the original payment account within 1-3 business days of being processed.

When will I be refunded? (For Debenhams Group Customers)

We will process your refund within 1–2 working days after we receive your returned item. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

As your payment was made to Debenhams, we can only process and confirm the refund on our side, but the actual funds are refunded by Debenhams back to your account. Based on our experience, Debenhams refunds can take up to 14 days to appear in your account from the date you receive the confirmation email.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact Debenhams Customer Service with your confirmation email — they will assist you further.

If you haven’t received your refund confirmation email within 5 working days after your return was delivered, please contact us with your order number and return tracking number, and we’ll be happy to help investigate.
